“Eligible Participant”: Open only to individuals who (1) create or have a U.S. PayPal Balance account that remains in good standing (“Balance Account”) through Reward fulfillment, and (2) receive an in app banner, online banner, or email inviting participation in the offer (“Invitation”), and (3) saves the offer in their PayPal app. To successfully create a PayPal Balance account, you must receive certain disclosures and agree to the PayPal Balance Terms and Conditions.
“Offer Period”: Starts on 1/26/2026 (“Start Date”) and ends on 03/30/2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT.
How it Works:
Eligible Participant must receive at least $250 USD in either Eligible Participant’s Federal (IRS) Tax Refund or a single State Tax Refund to their PayPal Balance Account using PayPal Direct Deposit before the end of the Offer Period to earn 2500 Points (as defined below).
Eligible Participant will receive 2500 PayPal Rewards Points (“Points”) which can be redeemed in accordance with the PayPal Rewards Program Agreement (the “Reward”).
There is a limit of one (1) Reward per PayPal Account that can be earned over the course of the Offer Period and Points will no longer be earned once the Offer Period has ended. Offer limited to first 20,000 qualifying Eligible Participants. The receipt and redemption of Points is further subject to the PayPal Rewards Program Agreement.
Reward Redemption: Reward should be available in Eligible Participant’s Account Overview section of their PayPal Account to redeem for available redemption options within twenty-one (21) days after qualifying to receive the Reward. See the “Redeeming Points” section of the PayPal Rewards Program Agreement for details.
Miscellaneous: Participation in offer is subject to the PayPal User Agreement, PayPal Rewards Program Agreement and the PayPal Balance Terms and Conditions. PayPal reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify this offer in part or in its entirety at any time without notice.
