How do I know my money request or invoice has been paid?
After your money request or invoice has been paid:
- We email you to let you know it has been paid.
- The Status of the invoice or money request changes to Paid in your transaction history.
- The money appears in your balance.

How do I request payments or send an invoice?You have 2 options to request payments from your friends or customers, even if they don’t have a PayPal account: Send a payment request Send an invoice Here’s how to send a payment request: Go to SEND AND REQUEST. Click Request from friends or customers. Enter I received a money request or invoice but deleted the email. What should I do?You can pay a money request or invoice even if you don't have the email: Log in to your PayPal account. Click History at the top of the page. Click Pay under Order status/Actions next to the transaction. Locate the invoice or payment request, and click Send Payments. Review the information and click Send Payment Now.
