Can I provide additional information or evidence to help resolve a claim?
Yes, you can send us a fax or upload your information to the Resolution Centre.
To upload your information (recommended) or send us a fax:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Resolve a problem in our Resolution Centre near the bottom of the page.
- Click Resolve next to your dispute.
- Click Resolve Complaint on the Claim Details page.
- Select I will provide other evidence for this dispute by fax, file attachment, or note and click Continue.
- Print the cover sheet and include it with your documents.
We’ll email you when we receive your information and will let you know if we need any more information.
