Do I need an internet connection for Iconix to work?
Yes, an internet connection is required for Iconix to work.

Will every legitimate email from PayPal have the Truemark (lock) icon?
Yes. All legitimate emails from PayPal will have the Truemark (lock) icon. If you receive an email claiming to come from PayPal and you do not see the Truemark icon, do not trust it.

Will every legitimate email from PayPal have the PayPal logo in the “From:” field?
No. All legitimate emails from PayPal will have the Truemark (lock) icon. The PayPal logo appears in the “From:” field for certain types of emails.
