How to use PayPal Invoicing.
Create and customise your invoices with PayPal. Your invoice will include a payment button which, when clicked, launches a simple payment form. Your customers can pay with their credit or debit card, or PayPal.

Simply log in to your PayPal account and select Invoicing from the “Tools” menu.
Customise your invoices
Add your logo and your business information, and customise your payment terms.

Once you’ve customised your invoices you can save them as templates, saving you time.

You can also create, send and manage invoices directly from Microsoft Excel with our invoicing template. Once you have installed our template, you can send invoices from within Excel. Simply open Excel and click the “PayPal Invoicing” tab.
