My payment was denied but why hasn’t the funds returned to me?
Funds from a denied payment are returned to the original funding source of that payment.
- If you paid using a credit card, the amount is refunded to your card.
- If you paid using your PayPal account balance, the amount is refunded to your PayPal account.
- If you paid using both a credit card and your PayPal account balance, the amount paid using a credit card is refunded to the card and the remaining amount is refunded to your PayPal account.
