My payment was denied but why hasn’t the funds returned to me?

Funds from a denied payment are returned to the original funding source of that payment.
  • If you paid using a credit card, the amount is refunded to your card.
  • If you paid using your PayPal account balance, the amount is refunded to your PayPal account.
  • If you paid using both a credit card and your PayPal account balance, the amount paid using a credit card is refunded to the card and the remaining amount is refunded to your PayPal account.
Please note: Depending on your card issuer, it may take up to 30 days for your funds to appear on your credit card statement.
 
You can log in to your PayPal account and go to “History” to check the details of the payment status.
