How do I view the status of my dispute or claim?

You can view the status of disputes, claims, chargebacks, or account limitations in the Resolution Center. Here’s how:
  1. Go to Resolution Center.
  2. Find your claim in the open case list. The case status is shown under the “Status” section.
  3. Click open the case to display the status details. 
If you can’t find your case, please select “All Closed Cases” from the View list and search again.
