  1. For a limited time only PayPal Payments Private Limited (“PayPal”) is offering selected PayPal customers (“you” or “your”) a reward (“Coupon Offer”), over a period of 60 days, of USD $100 (“Offer Cap“) worth of coupon per account. This Coupon Offer will be available to you for a period of 60 days from the date that you receive the first Qualifying Email (“Offer Period”).

  2. To be an eligible participant (“Eligible Participant”) to participate and receive the Coupon Offer (“Eligibility Criteria”)
    1. You must hold a valid and subsisting India PayPal business account, registered with PayPal;
    2. Your PayPal account must be in good standing;
    3. You must have received an email from PayPal about the Coupon Offer confirming that you qualify (“First Qualifying Email”); and
    4. You must receive at least ten (10) commercial payments (minimum amount of USD $1 per transaction) via PayPal Checkout only, with total received payment amount of at least USD $200 within the first 60 days of receiving the first Qualifying Email (“First Transaction”) via a PayPal Checkout flow.
  3. If you meet the Eligibility Criteria, PayPal will credit USD $100 worth of coupon to your PayPal Business account.

  4. Your coupon will be credited to your PayPal Business account within 30 days after you have met the Eligibility Criteria.

  5. You can access and use the coupon when using your PayPal Business account to make a purchase in USD only. Currency conversion is not supported, the currency of item you wish to purchase at checkout must be the same currency as coupon.

  6. In order to the redeem the coupon, payment must be made via PayPal during checkout.

  7. You will receive an email confirmation once the Coupon has been credited to your PayPal Business account, and it will expire in 90 days after it is issued

  8. The Coupon Offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or other discounts/products/services.

  9. The Coupon Offer is subject to availability and PayPal reserves the right to terminate, withdraw and/or change any part or all of the Coupon Offer or these terms and conditions at any time.

  10. PayPal shall, at its sole discretion, determine the PayPal account holders who are eligible to participate in the Coupon Offer. PayPal reserves the right to review any account or transaction related to this Coupon Offer, in its sole discretion, without notice, and delay completion of the Coupon Offer. PayPal has the sole and absolute right to disqualify any person from redeeming the Coupon Offer.

  11. The Coupon Offer shall be void where prohibited or if an Eligible Participant’s account or transactions are fraudulent, abusive, not completed through legitimate channels, or irregular in any way.

  12. If for any reason, the Coupon Offer is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of PayPal, PayPal reserves the right in its sole discretion take any action that may be available, including to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Coupon Offer.

  13. Any questions relating to the Coupon Offer will be resolved in PayPal’s sole discretion and its decisions related to the Coupon Offer and these terms and conditions will be final and binding.

  14. By participating in the Coupon Offer, you agree to these terms and conditions.

  15. Notwithstanding anything herein, PayPal shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in the Coupon Offer, and/or for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of the Coupon Offer by any person.
