Where is the money I transferred to my bank account?

Once the transfer shows up in the "Complete" status on your Activity page, here’s where and how long you can expect to receive the money:

  • Instant transfer: The money shows up in the debit or prepaid card of your choice typically in minutes. If it’s still not available after 30 minutes, please contact your bank.
  • Standard transfer: The money shows up in your bank account typically in 1 business days, depending on your bank’s clearing process. If you make the transfer late at night or on a holiday, the process will take an additional business day as shown below.

What if my transfer is being held for review?

Our system checks every transfer automatically, and could pause a transfer for further review if there may be an issue. Once the transfer passes the review (normally within 72 hours), the status will change from "Pending" to "Complete". Then you can expect to receive the money in the timeframe mentioned above. 


What if there’s an issue with my bank?

It may take up to 1 week for your bank to notify us if they have problem processing your transfer. We'll email you if we receive any information from your bank.
