Why is my refund pending?

When your refund shows as "pending", it means the seller has issued the refund, but the money hasn’t cleared their bank. It usually takes up to five business days for a refund to complete. If your refund is still pending after five business days, contact the seller for details.

We send all refunds back to your original payment method. The time it takes to receive your money varies by payment method.

The refund will be returned directly to your credit card. Depending on the card issuer, it can take up to 1 and 2 billing cycles* for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

* A credit card billing cycle typically lasts 28 to 31 days. The number of days in each cycle can change, but it should be roughly one month.
