How do I request a refund for a donation?

Donations to PayPal Giving Fund are generally non-refundable. If your donation was made in error or wasn't authorised by you, review our  Donation Refund Policy.

If you made a donation in error or you did not authorise it, please let our team know by contacting us.

Donors who wish to request a refund for their donation to PayPal Giving Fund made on Facebook, Instagram or GoFundMe, should contact Facebook, Instagram or GoFundMe directly.

All donations made through Humble Bundle programmes are given in aggregate by Humble Bundle to PayPal Giving Fund and aren't eligible for refunds to individual customers. You can contact Humble Bundle for more information.
