Installation and removal


  1. Close QuickBooks and Outlook/Outlook Express, if they are running.
  2. Download the QuickBooks Payment Request Wizard installation file.
    1. When the File Download window appears, click Save File.
    2. When the Save As window appears, click the Desktop icon.
  3. Install the wizard.
    1. When download is complete, double-click the "quickbooks_wizard.exe" icon.
    2. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
  4. Launch QuickBooks, and look for the Payment Request Wizard toolbar in the QuickBooks toolbar area.


  1. Select Start > Settings >Control Panel.
  2. Choose Add/Remove Software or Add/Remove Programs. The system displays a list of installed programs.
  3. Highlight the Payment Request Wizard for QuickBooks.
  4. Click the Add/Remove button. The system begins the removal process.
  5. 5. Follow the on-screen prompts to uninstall the wizard.
