Terms and Conditions
“Eligible Participant”: Open only to residents of any one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, or any U.S. Territories who: (1) are eighteen (18) years of age or older; (2) have a U.S. personal account with PayPal that remains in good standing through Reward fulfillment (“Valid Account”), and (3) shop online or in app at one or more of the pre-selected Eligible Merchants (as defined below) included in this campaign. (Eligibility for/those who participate in the offer will be determined solely by PayPal).
Offer Period: Starts on May 28, 2026, at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and expires on July 29, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. PT, or upon reaching the max rewards available per merchant, whichever comes first. (“Offer Period”).
How it Works: Eligible Participant must; 1) click on the offer invitation to enroll; 2) add PayPal as a payment method at one or more of the following Merchants: Google, Twitch, Sony, Nintendo, and Apple (“Eligible Merchants”) and, 3) complete a first-time purchase at one or more of the Eligible Merchants (“Eligible Transaction”) using their Valid Account during the Offer Period. Upon successfully completing an Eligible Transaction, each Eligible Participant can receive 20% back in points or up to 500 to 1600 PayPal Rewards Points (“Points”) which can be redeemed for available rewards (the “Reward”). The number of Points earned per Eligible Transaction is dependent on each merchant’s total available reward amount. Confirmation of Points earned will be sent via email from PayPal after completing a purchase. There is a redemption limit of 4500 Points per Valid Account that can be earned over the course of the Offer Period and will be no longer paid once the Offer Period has ended. Only one Reward per Eligible Merchant available. There is a combined maximum budget for all 5 merchants of $640,000 cash back redemption value available under this offer. The receipt and redemption of Points is further subject to the PayPal Rewards Program Agreement.
Reward Redemption: Reward should be available in Eligible Participant’s Account Overview section of their PayPal Account to redeem within fourteen (14) days after qualifying to receive the Reward. See the “Redeeming Points” section of the PayPal Rewards Agreement for details.
Miscellaneous: Participation in offer is subject to the PayPal User Agreement and the PayPal Rewards Agreement. Similar offers may run at the same time; qualification for this offer does not constitute qualification for any other offer. PayPal is not responsible and/or liable if any e-mail, Reward, Eligible Transaction, or offer-related materials or correspondence are not delivered for any reason.
