How do I contact PayPal Singapore customer service?

Before contacting us, please check the FAQs on our Help page. These useful information may help you resolve the issue right away.

You can call or email us by clicking Contact us at the bottom of PayPal Help Centre. Choose the topic you're contacting us about, and click Call us or Email us at the bottom of the page. You'll be asked to log in to your PayPal account if you're not already logged in.

When you call us as a logged-in user, we'll provide you with our phone number and a one-time passcode. The passcode will help us confirm your identity and provide you with faster service (this code expires after one hour).

If you don't have an account or are being locked out, you can also choose to call as a guest.
