Why didn't I receive the two small deposits?


Once you've added your bank account details, two small deposits (each between 0.01 SGD to 0.99 SGD) are automatically sent to your bank account. Within 5 business days, you can locate the two corresponding amounts on the transaction history of your bank account. Otherwise, please contact your bank to learn why you haven’t received your deposits.

If you only receive one deposit, please contact us with that amount and we can help you confirm your account. You can reach us by logging in your PayPal Account and clicking Help & Contact at the bottom of the page.
