What if I forgot my email address?
Here's how to recover your email address:
- Click Log In at the top right corner of the page.
- Click Having trouble logging in?.
- Click Forgot?.
- Select "I don’t know what email address I used".
- Enter up to 3 email addresses you may have used to log in to your PayPal account.
- Enter the security code shown and click Continue.
- Follow the instructions on the page.

What if I can no longer access the email address for my PayPal account?If you can't access the email address for your PayPal account, you can add another email address to your account and set it as primary.
