How do I cancel a subscription or an automatic payment?
If you don't want to continue a payment agreement or subscription with your seller anymore, you can cancel it following the steps below:
- Go to Settings.
- Click Payments near the top of the page.
- Click Manage Automatic Payments.
- Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel, and click Cancel.
- Click Cancel Profile to confirm your request.
- You can't reactivate a recurring payment after you cancel it.
- You must cancel the subscription at least one day before the scheduled date of the next payment, otherwise the payment might still be sent.
