Why did I get API error code 10215?

The soft descriptor that was passed in the API request has been truncated. This informational error won't cause an API request to fail but instead results in a SuccessWithWarning response.

To avoid this API error, send in a soft descriptor with a maximum length of 22 characters. You'll find a detailed description of the SOFTDESCRIPTOR field in the DoCapture API Operation (NVP) documentation.
