How do I withdraw funds from my PayPal account?

Withdrawals happen automatically daily. To avoid errors in the withdrawal, please add a Brazilian bank account of the same ownership (CPF) as the PayPal account. It's not possible to link bank accounts from other countries.

Once you request a bank transfer, you won't be able to cancel it. If you've entered some incorrect information, please wait because the bank will identify the error and revert the amount to your PayPal balance.

After transferring the balance, the amount will be available in your bank account within 3 business days.

Notice that the total amount may be credited to your bank account in multiple transactions throughout this period since the liquidations are separated by the flags of the cards used by the payer.

Here are a few tips regarding withdrawing funds from your PayPal account:

  • Once you request a bank transfer, you can't cancel it.
  • The bank account must have the same ownership (CPF/CNPJ) as the PayPal account.
  • Only Brazilian bank accounts may be added to a Brazilian PayPal account.

All transfers are subject to review and could be delayed or stopped if we identify an issue.
