It’s free to use PayPal to send money to friends and family within Belgium and the EU, as long as the payment is funded by a bank account or PayPal balance, and no currency conversion is involved.
If you use a credit card to send money, we charge you, the sender, a small fee. An additional fee may also apply in case you send money in a different currency or make an international transfer.
We think that’s pretty fair.
