I want a refund. How do refunds work?
Choose the situation that applies to you:
- If you changed your mind on a purchase or made a mistake, you can cancel the payment or ask your seller for a refund.
- If you’re unhappy with your purchase or you haven’t received it, you can communicate directly with your seller in our Resolution Center.
- If you have already opened a claim, you can check its status easily in your Resolution Center. Provide the information we request from you and wait for us to determine if you're eligible for a refund.
