  1. For a limited time only PayPal Pte. Ltd. (“PayPal”) is offering selected PayPal customers (“you” or “your”) a fee rebate on certain fees for domestic and international commercial transactions (“Rebate Offer”), over a period of 60 days, up to a maximum of SGD 150 (“Rebate Cap“) per account. This Rebate Offer will be available to you for a period of 60 days from the date that you receive the first Qualifying Email (“Rebate Period”).

  2. To be an eligible participant (“Eligible Participant”) to participate and receive the Rebate Offer (“Eligibility Criteria”)
    1. You must hold a valid and subsisting Singapore PayPal business account, registered with PayPal;
    2. Your PayPal account must be in good standing;
    3. You must have received an email from PayPal about the Rebate Offer confirming that you qualify (“First Qualifying Email”); and
    4. You must receive at least one commercial payment (no minimum amount, excluding Payouts or P2P payments) within the first 60 days of receiving the first Qualifying Email (“First Transaction”).
  3. If you meet the Eligibility Criteria, PayPal will refund commercial transaction fees that you pay to PayPal for receiving commercial transactions during the Rebate Period up to a maximum of SGD 150.

  4. Details of domestic and international commercial transaction fees that you must pay if you receive payments for the sale of goods or services can be found the PayPal User Agreement. Any additional fees such as currency conversion fees or chargeback fees will not be refunded as part of this Rebate Offer.

  5. Your eligible fee rebates up to the Rebate Cap will be credited to your PayPal balance within 30 days after you have met the Eligibility Criteria.

  6. The Rebate Offer is subject to availability and PayPal reserves the right to terminate, withdraw and/or change any part or all of the Rebate Offer or these terms and conditions at any time.

  7. PayPal shall, at its sole discretion, determine the PayPal account holders who are eligible to participate in the Rebate Offer. PayPal reserves the right to review any account or transaction related to this Rebate Offer, in its sole discretion, without notice, and delay completion of the Rebate Offer. PayPal has the sole and absolute right to disqualify any person from redeeming the Rebate Offer.

  8. The Rebate Offer shall be void where prohibited or if an Eligible Participant’s account or transactions are fraudulent, abusive, not completed through legitimate channels, or irregular in any way.

  9. If for any reason, the Rebate Offer is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of PayPal, PayPal reserves the right in its sole discretion take any action that may be available, including to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Rebate Offer.

  10. Any questions relating to the Rebate Offer will be resolved in PayPal’s sole discretion and its decisions related to the Rebate Offer and these terms and conditions will be final and binding.

  11. By participating in the Rebate Offer, you agree to these terms and conditions.

  12. Notwithstanding anything herein, PayPal shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in the Rebate Offer, and/or for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of the Rebate Offer by any person.
