How do I edit my customer service email, phone number, or website URL in my PayPal account?

The feature isn't available for Personal accounts in Singapore. To enjoy more of PayPal's business tools, you can upgrade your Personal account to a Business account. To do so, simply click Upgrade to Business Account in your Settings.

For Business account users, here's how you can change your business contact information displayed on the Transaction Details page:

  1. Go to Profile and settings.
  2. Click Update next to "Business information".
  3. Click Edit beside your business information.
  4. Edit your information and click Save.
