What if I can no longer access the email address for my PayPal account?

If you can't access the email address for your PayPal account, you can add another email address to your account and set it as primary. This way you'll be able to use this new email address to log in and receive notifications.

Here’s how to add and confirm a new email address:
  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Click + beside "Email".
  3. Enter a new email address and click Add Email Address.
  4. We'll send you an email in your inbox. Open our email and click the link to confirm your email address.


Here’s how to change a pirmary email address:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Click on your new email address.
  3. Select "Make this your primary email address for receiving notifications" and click Change Email Address


If you have other login issues, such as not remembering your password, you can reset your password.
