How do I cancel a recurring PayPal payment, subscription or automatic billing agreement I have with a merchant?

Here's how to cancel a recurring payment, subscription or billing agreement in your PayPal Singapore account:
  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Click the Payments tab.
  3. Click Manage pre-approved payments under "Pre-approved payments".
  4. Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel, and click Cancel.
  5. Follow the instructions to cancel the agreement.

If you don’t have a PayPal account, you should contact the merchant directly to cancel the agreement.

Please note that after canceling a payment, subscription, or automatic billing agreement, you are still required to pay the merchant for the goods or services you received.
