How do I download my transaction history?
We keep a record of all your PayPal transactions. You can download your transaction history into Quicken, QuickBooks, or as a comma-delmited or tab-delimited file. A comma-delimited or tab-delimited file can be opened in any spreadsheet program, such as Microsoft Excel.
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Activity near the top of the page.
- Click Statements on the right of the page, then click Export activity at the drop-down list.
- Select a date range and file type.
- Click Download History.
