You reported a problem with a recent transaction, here's what you can do...

We can see you’ve recently opened a dispute.




We encourage you to message the seller through your Resolution Center to solve the problem. Most buyers and sellers can resolve transaction issues this way. Regularly check  your Resolution Center.

If you’re unable to settle the dispute, you can escalate the dispute to a claim. By escalating it to a claim, you’re asking PayPal to investigate and decide the outcome. A dispute will automatically close after 20 days unless it’s been escalated to a claim.

You can check the progress of a dispute or claim at any time in your Resolution Centre.
