Why is my Top Up not showing in my account?

If you topped up more than 4 working days ago and the funds aren't showing in your PayPal balance, we may not have the information required to successfully credit the funds to your PayPal account.

In this case, the funds will be returned to your bank within 3 working days. If you don’t see the funds after 3 working days, please contact your bank as they may not show it in your account straight away.

To help us complete your Top Up in the future, we ask that you add your bank account to your PayPal account and you use this bank to complete your Top Up.

We do not charge any fees for failed Top Ups, however, your bank might. Please contact your bank for more details.
