Item not received protection - PayPal

Most online purchases are successful. However, if something goes wrong, you can always count on our help. You didn’t receive your merchandise? If the seller doesn’t suggest a satisfactory solution, we can reimburse you the full amount of the purchase, including shipping fees. Shopping with PayPal is stress-free.

  1. If you don’t receive the items you paid for with PayPal, you can contact the seller and ask him to solve the problem.
  2. If you don’t reach any solution, file a dispute in the Resolution Center. To do so, you have 45 days from the date the original payment was made. PayPal will enable efficient communication between you and the seller.
  3. If you aren’t satisfied with the solution proposed by the seller, you can escalate the dispute to a claim. To do so, you have 20 days from the date you filed the. If the claim is found in your favor, we will reimburse you the full amount of the purchase, including shipping fees.*
