These fees may vary depending the amount of monthly payments you receive in you PayPal Account, in accordance with the following chart:

Currency Conversion Fee*.
When a currency conversion is required, it will be completed at a foreign exchange rate determined by PayPal based on wholesale currency market conditions. The exchange rate is adjusted regularly and may be applied immediately and without notice to you. The exchange rate includes a processing Fee expressed as a percentage above the wholesale exchange rate, and the processing fee is retained by PayPal. You may have the option to have the issuer perform the conversion (depending on the type of funding source).
