When you create a sandbox business account, it is verified by default. If you want to create a more customized sandbox account, you can set it to verified or unverified.

To create a verified sandbox account:

1. From the PayPal Developer Dashboard, select Sandbox accounts.
2. Select Create account.
3. Next to Do you want a more customized account?, select Create.
4. Under Verified bank account, select Yes.
5. Select Create account.
