How do I create a PayPal Developer Portal account?
- Log in to the PayPal Developer Portal
- Click Sign Up to start the PayPal Developer Portal creation process.
- Complete the form, and read the User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
- Check Agree and Continue.
- Click Sign Up.
