Your case has been escalated to a claim
The case for your disputed transaction is now a claim. Most sellers have 10 full days to respond (but some have longer). If the seller responds by providing information about the transaction, we’ll look at what they provide and decide on the case. If the seller doesn’t respond, we’ll likely find the claim in your favor. If we do find in your favor, you’ll receive a full refund as you are fully protected through our Purchase Protection Program.
You don’t need to take any action at this time, but as the case proceeds we may ask for additional information. Keep an eye on your emails or the case in the Resolution Center for any such requests.
