Can I appeal PayPal’s decision on my claim?
PayPal's decisions are final, and an appeal to the decision will only be accepted if a mistake has been made in the processing of the claim.
If you are a seller, here are the steps to appeal your claim.
- Click Tools at the top of the page and select Resolution Center.
- Select Closed Cases from the list and find the transaction.
- Click the View button in the Action column.
- Click Appeal this claim and follow the prompts.
After a claim has been closed, you have 10 calendar days to appeal the decision.
