How do I view the status of an unauthorized claim?

You can view the status in the Resolution Center. Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Go to the Resolution Center. Your open cases will be displayed.
  3. Find your claim in the Open Cases list.
  4. Click the Case ID to check its status.

If you can’t find your claim:

  1. Select All Closed Cases from the View list.
  2. Click the Case ID to check its status.
