PayPal can Help Resolve a Case
If you have not received the item you purchased or the item differs significantly from its description, start by contacting the seller directly.
If the seller is unresponsive or uncooperative, we suggest using PayPal Dispute Resolution. We created this tool to enable both parties to communicate directly with each other to resolve an issue amicably.
If you are unable to resolve the dispute, you can escalate the dispute to a claim and PayPal will investigate the transaction.
