How do I check the status of my dispute or claim?

You can check the status of your dispute or claim in the Resolution Centre.

In a dispute, we just provide a forum whereby you can send messages to the other party to try to resolve the issue. You have 20 days to try to solve the problem before the dispute automatically closes. If you don’t find a solution with the other party, you can escalate the dispute to a claim within the 20-day timeframe.

In a claim, we actively investigate the case and we decide the outcome, usually within 30 days. In the Resolution Centre, you can check if we’re awaiting a response from you or the other party, or if we’re reviewing the claim.
If you can’t find a case, check your Closed Cases.
