Why did I get result code 106?

Issue
PayPal returned result code 106 - Host is unavailable.

Cause
A communication timeout error occurred when the transaction broker couldn't connect to PayPal’s host server.

Solution
In this scenario, the payment shouldn't settle in PayPal because the host is unavailable. To resolve this issue, resubmit the transaction.
