Why did I get API error code 10754?

Issue
PayPal returned API error code 10754 - The transaction was declined by PayPal. Contact PayPal for more information.

Cause
The processor rejected the credit card used.

Solution
Here's how to resolve this error:

Check the billing address for the credit card (AVS).
Check the card security code (CVV).
If the billing address and the security code are correct, try using another card.
