Why did I get API error code 10736?

Issue
PayPal returned API error code 10736 - Shipping Address Invalid City State Postal Code - A match of the Shipping Address City, State, and Postal Code failed.

Cause
Your shipping address as entered is invalid. City/State/ZIP don't match, possibly because something was misspelled or miscapitalized.

Solution
