Why did I get API error code 10207?

Issue
PayPal returned error code 10207 - Transaction failed but user has alternate funding source.

Cause
The buyer made a payment attempt, but the default funding source has insufficient funds to cover the purchase amount.

Solution
Retry the transaction with an alternative funding source.
