PayPal Giving Fund is a public charity that uses PayPal tech and support to fundraise for causes. Without charging individual donors or charities for our services.

PayPal Giving Fund is led by an experienced and independent Board of Directors dedicated to upholding our mission and values. Acting on behalf of donors and beneficiaries, the board provides strategic oversight, ensures operational transparency, and monitors organizational impact. They meet regularly to review policies and practices that support integrity, accountability, and long-term effectiveness.
Keala Gaines
Chair, PayPal Giving Fund and VP, SMB, Commercial Leader of Payments, PayPal
Keala works cross-functionally to help PayPal accelerate growth by leading efforts to scale and deepen engagement with existing target markets and unlock new use cases, leveraging product, sales and marketing to ensure holistic delivery of payment solutions for customers. She joined PayPal from WooCommerce, where she led the payments team as Payments GM and prior to that was VP, Global Payment Services at eBay, where she built and led the Payment Services organization. She is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Allyson Huve
CPA Audit Chair, PayPal Giving Fund and SVP, Finance, Small Business and Financial Services, PayPal
Allyson sits within PayPal’s Finance function and is a key partner for the SMB and Financial Services Business Unit. Allyson joined PayPal from Cityblock Health and previously served as a finance leader at SoFi. She is based in Washington, D.C.
Victoria Vrana
Chief Executive Officer, GlobalGiving
Victoria is a senior leader in innovation and philanthropy at the helm of GlobalGiving. She joined GlobalGiving from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where she served as Deputy Director of Philanthropic Partnerships, overseeing portfolios in policy, data, and everyday giving. Previously, Victoria held positions with Venture Philanthropy Partners, the Morino Institute, and Millennium Communications. She also serves on the board of directors of the Washington Area Women’s Foundation.
Amy Bonitatibus
Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, PayPal
Amy’s expertise in marketing and communications has taken her from the halls of Congress to the senior ranks of Wall Street and Silicon Valley. Today she is responsible for protecting and enhancing the PayPal brand, amplifying innovation, and driving PayPal’s transformation story among its 25,000 employees and hundreds of millions of consumers and merchants worldwide. She manages a global team spanning external and internal communications, social impact, corporate responsibility, and sustainability across both PayPal and Venmo.
Stephanie Pianka
CFO, Adirondack Foundation
Stephanie is a strategic finance professional with a distinguished career in board governance, financial oversight, and operational leadership across for-profit and nonprofit sectors. She is recognized for aligning resources with long-term goals and fostering organizational growth while enhancing community and employee impact. She previously worked as Senior Vice President of Finance & Chief Financial Officer at New York University (NYU) (2012–2024) and before that held various senior finance and operational roles at General Electric.

PayPal Giving Fund is an IRS-registered 501(c)(3) public charity (Federal Tax ID: 45-0931286).
PayPal Giving Fund receives grant funding in support of its charitable mission from PayPal. PayPal also donates staff time to the PayPal Giving Fund, with the relevant team members employed by PayPal and formally seconded to PayPal Giving Fund to carry out our work, exclusively furthering charitable purposes. PayPal, Inc. is the sole member of PayPal Giving Fund, and in this capacity appoints its board of directors.
