The PayPal Business Debit Mastercard® is a debit card that gives you fast access to your money in PayPal. You can shop with the digital version of your card as soon as you’re approved for the card.

With the PayPal Business Debit Mastercard®, you can:

• Make payments online or in-store, anywhere in the world where Mastercard® is accepted.
• Withdraw money at any ATM with a Mastercard®, Cirrus®, Maestro® acceptance mark. (We charge a flat €2 ATM withdrawal fee per withdrawal worldwide).
• Earn unlimited 0.5% cash back on eligible purchases.
• There’s no currency exchange fees and no monthly fees.

To request a PayPal Business Debit Mastercard®, you'll need to:

• Have a Business account.
• Confirm your identity.
• Confirm your address.

Apply for the PayPal Business Debit Mastercard® now. Your digital card will be ready to use immediately once you are approved, and once you have set-up a 4-digit PIN to activate. Your physical PayPal Business Debit Mastercard® should be delivered within 10 working days, and needs to be activated before using it. If your application is denied, you can reapply after 30 days.
