How do I link a bank account to my PayPal account?

You can use an Israeli bank account only to withdraw funds from your PayPal account. If you would like to use your PayPal account to complete a payment, please use a credit card as your funding source.

Here's how to link a bank account to your PayPal account:

Make sure that the name on your account is in English. Our system won’t let you add your bank account if the name is in Hebrew.

  1. Click Wallet at the top of the page.
  2. Click Link a bank account.
  3. Enter the requested information in English.
  4. Under Bank Name, enter the bank's complete name (for example: "Mizrahi Tefahot Bank Ltd.," "The First International Bank of Israel," "Israel Discount Bank Ltd." etc.)
  5. Review your information and click Add Bank Account.

If you have a bank account in the United States, here’s how you can add it:

  1. Click Wallet at the top of the page.
  2. Click Link a bank account.
  3. Click Add a U.S. bank account instead.
  4. Select Checking or Savings.
  5. Enter the bank's routing number and your account number.
  6. Click Add Bank.

To link a bank on the app:

  1. Tap image Wallet.
  2. Tap + across from "Banks and cards."
  3. Tap Banks.
  4. Follow the instructions to link your bank account.
