How do I change my street address?

If you haven’t sent your payment yet, you can change the shipping address within the same country when you send a payment for a purchase. Here’s how to change your shipping address:

  1. When you are reviewing the payment details, click Change under Shipping Address, and then click Add Address to add a new address.
  2. Enter the address information and click Add.
  3. Click Change to see your list of current shipping addresses.
  4. Review the details to make sure that all information is correct, and then click Send Payment.

If you’ve already bought an item from the merchant, go to the merchant’s website to change the shipping address that you used for your purchase. If you can’t change the address on the merchant’s website, contact the merchant.

To update your account street address:

  1. Go to your Settings.
  2. Click Manage all addresses.
  3. Click Update under the address you want to change
  4. Enter your address information and click Change Address.
► You can’t change your address to that of another country. If you’re moving abroad, you’ll need to close your existing account and open a new account.

To add an address:

  1. Go to your Settings.
  2. Click Manage all addresses.
  3. Click Add address.
  4. Enter the new address and click Add Address.

To remove an address:

  1. Go to your Settings.
  2. Click Manage all addresses.
  3. Click Remove under the address you want to delete.
  4. Confirm your choice by clicking Remove Address.
► You must have at least one address on your account. You can’t remove an address until you add a new address and make it the home address.
► If the new address is associated with a debit or credit card, go to your Wallet and add a new billing address in your card details.
