PayPal Complaint Code of Practice

At PayPal, we aim to provide you with the highest possible standard of Customer Service. If you feel that the level of service you received was unsatisfactory, please let us know so that we'll have the opportunity to set it right.

How can I make a complaint:

If you require assistance with creating a dispute or claim against a seller, we recommend that you contact our Customer Service team on our freephone number 0800 358 7911 or visit the Resolution Centre.

If you are calling from outside the United Kingdom, use the following phone number: 00353 1 436 9004 (international call charges may apply). Freephone from a UK landline. However, costs from mobile may apply and are dependent on the terms of agreement with your network operator.

Complaints against PayPal can also be reported to our Customer Service via our freephone number or by clicking on "Cancel" and choosing the most relevant topic and sub-topic to send us an email.
