In case your customer claims that he did not receive the item, proofs of delivery of following companies are accepted:

- Die Post
As long as the following data is provided on the proof of delivery resp. shipment, we will also accept these from companies not listed above. Please make sure the proof of delivery resp. shipment contains the buyer's address he provided during the payment.
- Name of delivery resp. shipping company
- Shipping date
- Name and address of recipient (as provided during the payment)
- Your name and/or address
- Tracking number (optional)
Please note: For items below 25.00 EUR proof of delivery resp. shipment is not necessarily required. In this case you need to state on the "Resolve a Complaint" page that you delivered/shipped the item but can't provide tracking information. PayPal may grant these claims up to 10 times in a 6-month period.
