Why did I get API error code 10751?
PayPal returned API error code 10751 - Invalid Data - There’s an error with this transaction. Please enter a valid state in the billing address.
Cause
While using the Direct Payment or Recurring Payments APIs, you may see this error if there's an invalid value in the API's State or Province field. A valid state or province is required if the address is in one of the following countries:
- Argentina
- Brazil
- Canada
- China
- Indonesia
- India
- Japan
- Mexico
- Thailand
- USA
Solution
Review and correct the State or Province field.
