Here’s how to remind someone that you requested money from them:

1. Click Activity at the top of the page to locate the payment request that you sent.
2. Click on the payment request once you have located it.
3. Click Remind at the top right side of the page.
4. Click Send a reminder (This same page will allow you to send a copy of the reminder to yourself and send a note to your customer along with the reminder).

Here’s how to change your automatic reminder settings:

1. Go to your invoices.
2. Click the Settings icon.
3. Click Automatic Reminders.
4. Edit your automatic reminder settings.

Payment requests will say "Pending" until they're paid.

When you get paid, we’ll email you and automatically add the funds to your PayPal balance.
