Will my funds be held again in the future?

Once you’ve fulfilled the 3 criteria and have become an established seller with us, it’s unlikely that your funds will be held in the future, unless you experience customer issues or we’ve detected potential fraudulent activity in your account.

Here are some examples why a payment may be held:

  • Sometimes we need to confirm the source of the funds for the payment to make sure that the funds in question are legitimate. This is done for the security of both buyers and sellers. Once the payment has been reviewed and is found to be legitimate, the temporary hold should be released.
  • If you receive a dispute, claim, chargeback, or reversal on the transaction, we will hold the payment until the issue is resolved.
